Oversee international wholesale and brand development for a curated portfolio of fashion brands, driving growth, visibility, and consistency across global markets. Highlights: -Designer scouting and brand onboarding with the management team, curating a refined selection of Italian and international collections. -Manage our Milan’s permanent showroom as well as Paris’s seasonal showroom (4 times annually), ensuring perfect brand presentation and buyer experience. -Guide a team of international area managers, to increase sales and brand awareness, especially across EMEA and APAC regions. -Define seasonal strategies and forecasts, aligning brands creative teams with commercial performance. -Partner closely with the brands represented, collect informations to prepare for my team go-to-market tools for a smooth selling campaign -Develop guided assortments prior to the market for each brand to strengthen their recognition & collection dna and increase sell-through. -Build excellent relationships with buyers through regular store visits, one to one meetings, and in addition to the regular wholesale operations explore also other retail projects such as pop-ups to increase awareness and concessions corners to increase figures. -Curate the overall experience (visual and strategic) for the brands in the showroom, ensuring their brand identity is truly represented.
