I'm excited to share more about my role as Senior Application Specialist at QPR Software, where I'm part of the Technology & Operations - Customer Care & Technical Services team. What I Do? In my multifaceted role, I focus on three key areas: 1. Application Specialist - Resolving customer support tickets within agreed SLAs - Identifying and reporting product defects to development teams - Managing QPR Product activation codes and serving as Incident Manager 2. Cloud Operator - Managing QPR Cloud infrastructure and responding to monitoring alerts - Creating and optimizing cloud environments on AWS - Performing advanced cloud operations and resource management 3. Technical Consultant - Delivering QPR Technical Services, including installation services - Contributing to customer projects in a technical consulting capacity What Drives Me? I'm particularly passionate about: - Customer Care: Troubleshooting complex issues and delivering effective solutions - Cloud Excellence with AWS: Currently learning the basics. - AI Innovation: Implementing AI solutions for Customer Care and customers (including development work) - DevOps: Working with Ansible, automation tools, and Kubernetes (starting soon) Recent Growth & Achievements ? Over the current period, I've expanded my expertise in: - DevOps practices and automation with Python and Ansible - Environment creation and migration projects - Snowflake administration (accounts, users, key-pair configuration) - Server investigations and QPR services optimization Looking Ahead ? I'm excited to continue: - Exploring AI applications to benefit QPR Software and our customers - Contributing to upcoming Middle East projects -Deepening my knowledge of Kubernetes and DevOps tools - Sharing my knowledge in cloud operations, customer care, and technical implementations I'm grateful for the positive feedback from customers and partners, and I remain highly motivated to drive excellence in everything I do.

I am working as a Consultant for QPR Software since September 2018. My task is to develop and test [ Manual testing ] new implemented Dashboards for our Performance Management Delivery team. Using our Backend tool so called Metrics Enterprise Architecture to build Models & to visualize it through our QPR User Interface using different technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap and QPR query languages. I am responsible for building solutions to our clients that are located in the Middle East and Europe. This is a great opportunity for me as an individual to develop my skills in term of technologies / Business vision and also to bring my knowledge in the field of Software Development into practice for the benefit of our company & clients.
I started working for Globuzzer since October 2016 as a Web Application Developer trainee. Using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 and javascript to build different services and applications. Within 6 months I became a team leader for the IT department. My task was divided into 2 parts. Assisting my team when needed and also helping them with the coding whenever possible. Communication was the key to succeed in all projects we worked on, and I consider it one of my strengths. Speaking different languages is an asset for me to follow the progress of each team member. Besides, I worked as a project manager trainee, where I had a chance to go through all phases of SDLC ( software development life cycle). Participating in all phases of SDLC, such as gathering requirements, design, implementation, deployment and testing has given me clear idea of the whole process of building a software from scratch. Additionally, I was in charge of the company server. For example making new releases and organizing the content.
