I am interested in advancing my career further within the Civil Engineering and Construction industries, handling road designs and water, wastewater and stormwater systems. I bring a solid foundation from my studies and experience in handling sampling, test pitting and logging, as well as developing ground models and analysing site data. My goal is to upskill further professionally in the Civil Engineering field, where I can apply my skills and knowledge to a collaborate team environment and assist in designing and improving our essential infrastructure systems.
• Managed daily operations, including scheduling and client communication. • Streamlined administrative workflows to enhance efficiency. • Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • Assisted with budgeting and bookkeeping processes.
• Undertook hand augers, borehole sampling, test pitting, and logging. • Processed and interpreted site investigation data. • Developed ground models and prepared logs, plans, and reports. • Performed calculations and used computer programs to solve geotechnical problems.
• My role was a median between clients and debtors. My clientele consisted of financial services providers, such as banks (i.e., ASB), and utilities customers, such as electricity providers and phone and internet providers. • Negotiated resolutions for outstanding debts with a customer-focused approach. • Developed resilience and problem-solving abilities. • With my excellent people skills and time management, I continuously met and exceeded my monthly target of repayments.
• Mercury NZ Ltd. is one of the leading electricity and gas providers in New Zealand. My role at Mercury was primarily marketing and selling electricity deals and packages to potential customers over the phone. • Through my exceptional communication skills and determination, I exceeded the monthly targets. • I effectively acquired new customers, guided them through their transition to Mercury, and maintained that rapport to ensure they stayed with Mercury.
