As an Operations Engineer with a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering, I currently operate at the heart of the AirLiquide’s industrial gas pipeline network, I manage the continuous production, purity and pressure distribution of critical gases across the Benelux and Germany networks.

  • Operations Engineer (Pipeline Network Pilot) at Air Liquide

    From a remote operations control center, coordinate works, monitor, manage the process, optimise the production and maintain the reliability of more than 25 production assets (ASUs, HyCOs, and Cogeneration units) of Air Liquide and over 3000 km network of pipelines spread over the Benelux and Germany that delivers gases such as Oxygen, Hydrogen, Carbon monoxide and Nitrogen, to 120 industrial clients such as refineries, chemical plants, steel plants, glass foundry and more. Operation engineers are the primary operational contacts for customers, pipeline departments and Air Liquide sites.

    During this period I explored Belgium, France, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands. I visited iconic cities discovering their cultural and historical treasures. This journey allowed me to immerse myself in diverse landscapes and appreciate the cultural diversity of each country. Also during this period, I worked on myself both physically by going to the gym and intellectually by going back to review my past courses and reading interesting books.
