He also steers strategic high-impact technology alliances—building trusted partner ecosystems that expand joint capabilities and accelerate delivery. Yousef has built & led Deloitte’s AI & Data Practice in the Middle East and played a pivotal role in establishing the Deloitte AI Institute in the region, working with leading public and private sector organizations to advance ambitious AI programs and responsible Agentic and GenAI deployment.
