Facilitate and teach the Connections Yoga Journey program for teens, women in transition, and mental health care providers. Use yoga and nursing skills to assist private clients dealing with grief, cancer treatment, anxiety and depression. Partnered in the start-up of non-profit yoga studio.

Charge nurse managing unit census, staff assignments and clinical emergencies. Prenatal Testing Center 1998-2000. Responsible for all aspects of antenatal testing, including, CVS, amniocentesis, Ultrasound and NSTs. Work closely with perinatologists and genetic counselors. Patient education regarding nutrition, self-care, labor and delivery and new born care. Medical Surgical Oncology 1994-1997. Team leader responsible for coordinating LPNs, CNAs and volunteers in the care of 10-12 patients.
Community Mammography Project and Churches Eating Habits Study and Women’s Health Initiative. Project used to analyze relationships between health behavior and incidence of cancer.
