About

Hi, I'm Ryan McGuire. I've been with Pomeroy since November 2005, building a career around solving complex operational challenges and finding practical ways to make businesses run better. Originally from Hackettstown, New Jersey, I now call Hershey, Pennsylvania home. Over the past two decades, I've had the opportunity to wear a lot of hats. My work spans enterprise technology, facilities, physical security, real estate, procurement, business continuity, and operations. Whether it's building out a new customer experience center in New York City, negotiating commercial leases across our global footprint, restoring critical infrastructure, or supporting executive initiatives, I enjoy being the person who connects the dots and gets things done. What motivates me most is taking on problems that don't fit neatly into one department. I like bringing together the right people, asking the right questions, and turning complicated situations into practical solutions that have a lasting impact. Outside of Pomeroy, I'm an active member of my local fire department, where I support the technology that helps first responders do their jobs safely and effectively. I also serve on a Technical Advisory Committee, working with educators and industry leaders to help align certification programs with the skills employers actually need. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me exploring new places, checking out local restaurants, planning my next adventure, or working on one of far too many home projects. I enjoy amusement parks, golf, bowling, ziplining, off-roading, and just about anything that involves learning something new. I'm also passionate about technology, entrepreneurship, artwork, and building new ventures whenever I can. I'm always interested in meeting people who enjoy solving problems, building great teams, or simply sharing ideas. If that sounds like you, I'd love to connect. 📞 717-516-7100, Option 6
