I am a project and operations professional with over 8 years of experience delivering large-scale health and research projects, combined with a strong background in analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions. My work spans project planning and execution, process design, SOP development, and cross-functional coordination in regulated environments, particularly within healthcare and research-driven settings. Alongside this, I have hands-on experience in data analysis and business intelligence, building dashboards and analytical workflows using Python, R, and modern BI tools to support evidence-based decision-making. In recent years, I have focused on designing AI-first solutions, including workflow automation, data extraction pipelines, AI-assisted systematic reviews, grant and proposal support (e.g., SBIR), and intelligent communication systems such as automated email and campaign tools using multiple AI APIs. I work at the intersection of operations, analytics, and applied AI—turning complex processes into scalable, efficient systems. I am currently based in Türkiye and open to project coordination, operations, analytics, and AI-adjacent roles within international, research-focused, or globally oriented organizations. I bring a structured mindset, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to operate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Languages: English (fluent), Turkish (spoken fluent), Persian/Farsi (native), Azerbaijani (fluent). My main activities include data analytics and health-related project management. I have managed one of the largest research projects in Iran (30000 participants, 62 universities, 429 districts in Iran). With 5 years of experience in people management and bringing up specialists from scratch there should be no limits in reaching company goals. Furthermore, given the excellent English proficiency, learning from top books of any field is a daily occurrence for me.
Designed AI-first processes, added multiple AI API agents for creation, evaluation and updating knowledge based tasks. Reached 100,000 in email campaign Created 30 Phase 1 and Grants Created 30 Systematic Reviews
Created advanced multi-leg options arbitrage strategies with controlled risk and a long-term return of 5-10% on a monthly basis
For the STEPS study (a WHO recommended study for gathering first-hand data about risk-factors of non-communicable diseases), I was the COO of the project. Together with my department, we designed processes, updated the team with weekly meetings so that we met a two-week deadline in preparing all the needed material for study. Then I was the contact person of NCDRC for all the 62 medical universities in Iran for management advise, monitoring and support. Finally, the payment calculation of the universities was presented to the finance team by me. The project has some interesting results which the papers are currently under drafting. One of the main responsibilities that I had to do as COO was conflict resolution in the nearly 30 people working at HQ. ▪ another project that I acted as COO was CODII(cost of diabetes in Iran). In this study we used some of the data in STEPS, for the utilization and costs sections, I created a call centre to contact diabetics people to gather data. Then we referred them to endocrinologists and ophthalmologists in order to have data about the prevalence of complications of diabetes among diabetic patients
For the STEPs study, given my knowledge of SQL and analysis, I was the independent party in quality check. For this, I created the results independently from our stat team. Around 20 meetings were held to check the discrepancies and results of the study. ▪ Furthermore, for the IQCAMP study, the cost section analysis needed a statistical analysis plan which was not available at time. I created the SAP for the stat team as well as started working on a paper about the cost of illness of all 7 diseases of the study. My analysis was done in MATLAB. The paper is under submission processes. ▪ the pharmacy analysis was the other important paper that I was part of. In this paper I was the coordinator for cleaning of the drug data. We had gathered brand data of the drugs, their form, dosage, and created lust of essential drug lists from WHO to calculate defined daily dose for our analysis. ▪ The heavy metals study was about finding pesticides, PAHs and heavy metals in participants food, water and air in Iran in a representative sample. In this study I was the main person for cleaning and analysis of the project. First, i created a dataset in MATLAB to have all the different sources of data. Then problems like duplicates and missing values was sent back to the project team to provide the needed solutions. Then the descriptive analysis was done for the different papers.
Because of the success in the previous two positions, I was given two people and created the process and project management department. Number of department staff reached a total of 20 people during the 2 years. This department mostly did the followings: ▪ Process and standard design: Creating the different phases to studies as general blueprint for all projects ▪ Design phase: creating project plan in Microsoft project and Clickup ▪ Preparation phase: holding training sessions, procurement planning, and coordination with provincial hubs ▪ Executing phase: implementation of pilot study, changing processes based on pilot results, creating dashboard for supervision in Excel and supporting peripheral units in provinces ▪ Analysis phase: the department also take responsibility for some of the analysis that was needed in a timely manner that our stat team was not able to deliver due to other projects ▪ Management phase: here the department was responsible for holding the weekly meetings for updates, creating reports for the sponsor of project, and updating the project plan in MS project
