Commercial Director at Hero, a Dutch family-owned business connecting clients with interim IT professionals across the Netherlands. I focus on commercial strategy, partnerships and structure: building the systems, propositions and partner relationships that turn ambition into sustainable growth. Two journeys that shaped how I work: At Hero, I joined in 2020 when we were under 20 colleagues serving 200 professionals from one office. Today we’re 100+ colleagues, 2.000+ professionals and four offices, growing 40–60% per year. I moved from sales lead to business unit director to central commercial leadership. Earlier, as part of the Sociomantic founding team, I helped scale the company from under 10 people to 150 colleagues across 13 offices worldwide in under four years. After the acquisition by dunnhumby and Tesco, I led the commercial integration as Managing Director Benelux and Head of Media Northern Europe.
