Responsible for land and property acquisitions and business development activities for our extensive logistics real estate portfolio in Belgium. Sourcing and developing new business opportunities targeting both local and international clients and sites. Advising, negotiating and preparing leases, sales, (re)developments, sale & lease backs, etc. Differentiating myself by applying my educational Business Engineering background with operational and process engineering experience in a world leading logistics company, combined with real estate experience from a world leading listed broker. This allows me to think along with our property occupiers' as well as aligning our operational and financial incentives as a landlord.
Responsible for the acquisition of new sites in Belgium and France (greenfield / brownfield / sale & lease back / ...) for redevelopment. From prospecting, over tendering, calculating and negotiating up until deal closing. Responsible for the leasing of our Belgian portfolio with focus on Flanders.
