• Lead the collaboration with eBay’s APAC teams, focusing on inventory integration to build great customer experiences • Maintain and provide visibility to the APAC Imports business efficiency and initiatives, ensuring alignment to the German vertical business priorities • Build an efficient platform for cooperation with eBay’s APAC teams, which can be used by the Category Management teams • Drive innovation and greater focus on eBay’s APAC Imports to DE, including strategy development, planning, resource management, analytics, strategic projects and partnership with the APAC regions and initiatives • Collaborate and build partnership with interested parties, global and local, to ensure alignment for APAC imports • Lead key programs and projects connected to the imports from the APAC region, ensuring appropriate planning, scheduling and execution • Develop portfolio management capability and actively lead a pipeline process to facilitate the effective flow of new asks to the leadership • Define and implement processes and ways of working for collaboration with eBay teams in the APAC area, including inventory integration into deals and campaigns • Financial planning incl. key performance indicators definition, return on investment analysis, tracking & performance, insights generation
Co-leading a cross-functional team to run various initiatives (on eBay Marketplace, on eBay Campus) to help making eBay more sustainable.
