About

I’m an internal medicine physician with a focus on population health, clinical strategy, and improving access to care for patients navigating complex healthcare systems. Across my work in Medicaid leadership, safety-net clinics, and correctional health, I’ve cared for patients with significant medical, behavioral health, and social needs—while also working at a systems level to improve how care is delivered. I’ve partnered with ACOs and provider organizations to align clinical care with performance goals, supported care teams in managing complex populations, and worked to translate policy into practical, patient-centered care. I’m particularly interested in work that sits at the intersection of clinical care and systems change—where improving coordination, access, and incentives can meaningfully impact outcomes. Whether through direct patient care, program design, or physician engagement, I’m motivated by helping to deliver better care for the patients who need it most.
