Led the operations of 15+ cyber researchers and pen-testers, defined and tracked project timelines and technical stages, reporting directly to CEO. Was accountable for customer success, including expectation setting, daily communication, and periodic status updates.
Managed groups of up to 4 teams. and executed innovative projects to optimize R&D processes, based on data and market research. Wrote tech reports and pitched them to stakeholders and executives. Also rebuilt the research methodology and training for new analysts and instructed a managing course for young commanders. Received the Award of Excellence from the unit's commander (2021).
Was responsible for daily intelligence briefs, managing the office staff, and leading communication with other stakeholders and executive offices. Experienced working under pressure on a wide variety of time-sensitive missions and received a new perspective on strategic planning. Took an active part in designing the cyber strategy and roadmap, and built the full onboarding of a new Head of Department. Received the Award of Excellence from the unit's commander (2020).
