As the Global Head of Competency, Learning & Development, Marketing, and Analyst Relations for Wipro’s Salesforce Practice, I lead global initiatives focused on capability development, workforce transformation, thought leadership, and ecosystem growth. I also serve as the Location Head for Wipro Jaipur. My professional journey began as a Software Developer, and while I have progressed through diverse leadership roles over the years, I continue to be a technologist at heart. As a Salesforce-certified professional, I believe in staying connected to technology while enabling people and organisations to realise their full potential. Leadership development is a cause I deeply champion. I am proud to be Wipro’s only certified coach for the globally acclaimed Situational Leadership® program by The Ken Blanchard Companies, helping leaders cultivate agility, accountability, and high-performing teams. Beyond the workplace, I am committed to giving back to society through various CSR initiatives, including volunteering at government schools, old age homes, and healthcare-focused NGOs. I actively collaborate with academia as a member of Boards of Studies and advisor to several colleges and universities, working to bridge the gap between industry and education and prepare the next generation of professionals for a rapidly evolving digital world.
