I never thought I would be switching my field from graduating with a first class degree in Mechanical engineering and doing a masters in Manufacturing and Management from University of Cambridge to venturing into a completely unrelated field of manufacturing and exporting of fashion accessories for brands across the world. My highly technical and analytical background has given me the skills and confidence to start my own company at the age of 23 years and it has been 7 years now, since then we have grown from a small workshop to a SA8000:2014 certified factory with more than 100 people and expanding. This work has given me the opportunity to exercise both engineering and management knowledge acquired during my studies and at the same time fulfilling my love for travelling
