We launched Visa/Mastercard programs in 60 countries, expanded on‑/off‑ramp (SEPA, cards, stablecoins), and deployed MPC for secure self‑custody. Parimatch Tech is a leading international iGaming operator running large‑scale sportsbook and casino products in regulated markets. I led global product, overseeing sportsbook, casino, and platform for a 350‑person product/engineering/data org. Owned strategy, UX, growth, monetization across a few markets markets with direct P&L. Delivered an AI‑driven slot positioning engine, improved the FTD funnel, and launched three localized platforms from concept to live operation. Modernized trading interface, odds architecture, betslip/mobile UX, while strengthening KYC/AML/responsible gaming in line with EU standards. Completed the tenure after scaling the org and positioning Parimatch for AI‑led personalization and multi‑market expansion.
Kama is a sexual‑wellness platform focused on content, community, and guided practice. I led product, design, and engineering across mobile and web, owning the product strategy, technology roadmap, and delivery. Drove a full product/brand overhaul—re‑architected the app, unified cross‑functional teams, and reframed the value proposition around habit formation and personalization. Scaled global reach and improved acquisition/retention through ASO and data‑driven funnel optimization. Reported to the CEO/board; consolidated the analytics stack, ensured platform scalability/compliance, and supported the next fundraising phase.
bioniq is a healthtech platform for personalized micronutrient and longevity solutions via diagnostics and supplements. Joined as first CPO at seed and led product, growth, and technology through Series A ($15M). Built the product/engineering org from 0→20+ across mobile, web, and ops platforms. Launched at‑home diagnostics, health dashboards, subscription logistics, and clinician interfaces, scaling ARR from thousands → several millions and expanding from the UK into Europe and the Middle East. Owned product strategy, data stack, and UX; shifted the value prop to measurable outcomes and implemented performance marketing that delivered sustainable CAC/LTV. Worked with science, ops, and investors to align growth, compliance, and roadmap during rapid expansion.
