- Manage ingredients for lab preparation and testing of meat protein-related food products such as burgers, nuggets, ham, sausages, and marinated chicken. - Design formulations, prepare prototypes, and apply ingredients. - Safely operate lab and pilot plant equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good condition. - Establish a database to maintain records of all evaluations of ingredients and prototype formulations through sensory and/or instrument analysis.
