Development and implementation of change management strategies.
Member of the management team of the Refinery. Had an active role in the investment process of Residium Upgrade Project – the biggest private one shot industrial investment , total amount is 2,7 bil USD. Execute financial and accounting operations of İzmit Refinery- the biggest refinery having 11 mill ton crude oil capacity , 1.200 employee, 9.000 sub-contractor, 18 bil TL turnover. Follow and perform reports of ‘ strategic investment incentive ‘ – the first in Turkey of the RUP investment.
Member of the management team of the refinery. Responsible for management of financial and accounting operations of İzmir Refinery having 11 mil ton crude oil capacity , 1190 employee, 16 bil TL turnover. Follow all the administrative relations with the custom office, revenue office, municipalities, and land office.
