I studied two years of materials science for my master degree in UNSW. Base on the knowledge from university, I am now working on the resin base products improvement and development, seeking better formulation and focusing on harmful substance replacement with a friendly alternative raw material for our customers.
-Sample mixing and grinding based on exist formulation -Product improvement using comparable raw material -Resin and gelcoat lamination -Gel time, viscosity and QUV test on resin based product
-Conducting testing on intermediate and finial products -Using SAP to record datas and results
-Email responding, customer service -Process orders and invoices in MYOB -Bank reconciliation
-Solid and liquid samples testing -Quality control -Writing experimental report -Data entering
