Technical Proficiencies - Experience on setup new machine and involved in product qualification for laser marking, laser drilling, AOI, flying probe, electrical test and fiber optics transceiver final test related process. - Experience on perform machine troubleshooting to resolve critical issue in production line - Able to write 8D report, FMEA, SPC, OCAP and design DOE plan using JMP and MINITAB software for process characterization
- Being assign in IC substrate back-end assembly line under lasermark, routing and laser cutting process - Involvement as one of the pioneer for first line move-in, installation and product qualification - Able to provide technical solutions to resolve critical issues faced during qualification of new process/ project
- Being assign in final test TOCAN department under fiber optics transceiver tester and burn-in oven - Involved in new product qualification and production yield improvement project for COF and COC product - Able to understand and perform GR&R and correlation between testers in order to improve overall insertion yield
- Being assign in wafer bumping plating process department under ball mount & reflow process - Able to carry out further process optimization through machine capability study to fit customer product - Able to do verification on defective part to determine the root cause therefore improve the yield loss
Main task is performing schedule preventive maintenance on fixtures and machines in production line
