Progressed to a DevOps-SysOps engineering role, both by spearheading a brand-new for the company DevOps department as part of it's latest restructuring phase, while at the same time focusing further on the hardware-aspect of the organization. This next chapter includes increased responsibilities in infrastructure automation, system operations, and deployment management across enterprise environments. What began as a university internship handling front-line technical support quickly evolved into a full-time system administrator role. Since 2024, I’ve been managing complex support tickets, provisioning and configuring servers (both hardware and software), writing scripts for task automation and problem-solving, optimizing configurations for shared hosting environments, monitoring infrastructure using a wide range of tools, maintaining IT inventory and assets, and supporting overall data center operations. It’s been a well-rounded opportunity covering a broad range of systems and challenges. Every day brings new challenges — whether it’s troubleshooting, optimizing infrastructure behind core services, or streamlining internal operations — and that’s what keeps it rewarding.
