• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy: Spearheaded fresh graduate and experienced hiring initiatives, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Proactively identified, screened, and matched candidates to job requirements while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze hiring data to refine recruitment strategies. • Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience: Partner with hiring managers to streamline interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless candidate experience through efficient communication and feedback management. • Internship Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for interns, from job postings and sourcing to offer extension and onboarding. Successfully filled 29 internship positions in two months, achieving an 85% offer acceptance rate. • Internal Offer Management: Handle contract extensions and conversions, including salary calibrations and offer preparation. Advise hiring managers on compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness. • Background Verification & Compliance: Conducted pre-employment background checks by reviewing applicant information before placing orders for third-party to initiate screenings. Assessed intern background check reports and verified new hire onboarding documents, contributing to personnel file audits and compliance with internal policies. • STEM Program Leadership: Co-led the Keys2School initiative, inspiring 337 Form 3 students (59% female) across 4 Penang high schools to pursue STEM through the event. Survey results showed that 77.5% of participants were interested in furthering their education in STEM. • HR Events & Employer Branding: Actively collaborated with TA team members to support and volunteer for company-hosted HR events, enhancing branding efforts and fostering engagement.
