IBM FiTTER Intelligent Workflows Leader

About

I began my career at IBM as a fresh graduate, diving into the world of Supply Chain with a focus on Order Management. Over five years, through various roles and projects, I developed deep expertise in operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. I then transitioned into IBM Financing’s business support operations, where I embraced my first managerial role, leading with purpose for nearly four years. My journey continued as the IBM Financing Center of Excellence Operations Manager, where I championed employee engagement and welfare initiatives, driving a more connected and empowered workplace. Later, I took on a Special Handling role within the Credit function, managing distressed accounts across the ISA market—a challenging yet rewarding chapter that sharpened my resilience and strategic thinking. After a meaningful career break starting in January 2021, I rejoined IBM in April 2022, returning to the IBM Financing Center Operations Manager role. For nearly four years, I had the privilege of supporting inspiring leaders and shaping center-wide operations. Most recently, I’ve stepped into a new chapter as the IBM FiTTER Intelligent Workflows Leader, where I’m excited to drive transformation, enable smarter processes, and co-create the future of intelligent operations.
