•Conduct new hiring orientation for new joiners regardless internal and outsource employees. • Conduct monthly brand ambassador meeting. • Provide product trainings for brand ambassadors and authorized dealers store by store. • Examine brand ambassador's KPIs and product knowledge through monthly examination. • Host regional roadshow events, store's opening ceremony, and kick off meeting. • Create interesting learning video for training materials.
- Work with organization to schedule trainings and acts as consultant to them. - Researches training content, method, and develops relevant training program for organization. - Identifies and understands the organization training needs according to evaluation, organization monthly result and direction from the Company. - Coordinate and monitor enrolment, schedules, budget and equipment.
-Sourcing, Screening, Schedule potential candidates for interview -Follow up with candidates and keep warming for successful candidate until they report to work
