* Analyze system requirements, in terms of frequency stability, phase noise, and timing jitters, for applications of MEMS-based timing devices in consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, networking, and telecom products * Research to demonstrate technical advantages of Si MEMS oscillator technologies, including robustness and low sensitivity to shock and vibration * Manage a team of software, hardware, and test engineers responsible for creating marketing collaterals, application notes, and helping customer design in MEMS * Manage projects on embedded systems for developing customer tools * Visit key customers in Asia and train channel partners’ FAE and field sales
* Product management for fiber-optic transceivers for telecom and enterprise networks * New product introduction (NPI) and technology consulting to tier-one customers in China
* Initiate business development activities for the company in China * Create and execute plan to engage major customers in the region and manage the product qualification process at customer * Interact with customers’ engineering teams for feedback on trends and features for future products, and explore opportunity of technology partnership * Promote company brand at industry exhibitions and technical conferences * Achieve major design-win for the company in China
