Participated in the operation and data monitoring of the biomass natural gas production line, gaining in-depth knowledgeof process flows and energy efficiency optimization strategies. Recorded and analysed process data to ensure high-purity biomass natural gas production and maximize energy utilization. Assisted in the preparation of energy analysis reports, providing data support for process optimization, energy consumption management, and equipment maintenance. Improved production stability, reduced energy consumption, and enhanced equipment operational efficiency through data analysis and process optimization.
Collected and measured key data relating to the photon quantum efficiency, reflectance, transmittance, PN junction concentration and junction depth of solar panels. Analyzed the impact of various factors on solar panel conversion efficiency by adjusting production variable parameters and chemical ratios.
