- Contacting alumni around the world, updating alumni information - Organizing alumni to actively participate in alumni association and college chapter related activities
- Project Management: Participated in the whole process of project cycle management of Xiaomi eco-chain products from pre-research to the sealing of samples on the market, during the period of service, the department handled over 100 projects, involving 7 major product categories. - Data Statistics and Analysis: Statistics related to past projects and current project data such as on-time achievement rate, year-on-year cycle optimization rate, high-risk projects, etc., and form a complete analysis of the project progress and the reasons for the extension of individual projects. - Appraisal Standards and Scope Selection: Deeply involved in the process of PMO's annual appraisal standards for the project team, and coordinated to determine the scope of the annual appraisal project. - Meeting Organization and Record: Organized and chaired over 10 quarterly review meetings for Xiaomi's eco-chain enterprises, over 30 internal project approval meetings, and over 20 regular meetings of the project team, and formed relevant minutes for approval.
