• Maintain daily bank reconciliation and ensure discrepancies are reported and resolved. • Prepare payments, invoices, payment vouchers and receipts. • Updated of fixed assets transactions and assets tagging timely • Execute in handling a full set of accounts (AP, AR, FA and GL), which covers invoicing/ debit notes, journal entries, accruals control and verification of supplier invoices. • Assist in business reporting, preparation of financial reports/data, documents filing. • Perform monthly payments and staff claims, including payroll. • Liaising with bank, account manager and others as required.
• Able to handle multiple clients’ account and prepare full set of account independently • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records. • Prepare bank reconciliation statements, general journal and ensure account receivable, account payable of our clients ‘records are always up to date. • Perform data entry for invoices, payment vouchers and receipts into relevant accounting software • Preparing SST-02 return for timely submission • Liaise with banker/ auditors/ tax agents/ company secretaries & other external parties • Perform monthly payments and staff claims, including payroll and ensure all documentations are complying statutory requirements
• Developed knowledge and ability to apply appropriate auditing techniques and accounting principles • Completes detailed audit steps as assigned as part of organizational and functional audit reviews independently • Assists in the coordination and implementation of audit work for the senior external auditors • Prepares work papers documenting results of the tests • Developed professionally through self-study and on-the-job training
