Kevin holds a BBA in Finance from Trinity Western University and has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Investment Advisors Training Program (IATP), and Wealth Management Essentials course (WME) at the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI). With a steadfast dedication to delivering exceptional client service and leveraging deep insights into the Chinese economy, Kevin brings valuable dynamism to the team. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Kevin was born in China, spent his formative years in Shanghai, and now proudly calls British Columbia home. His passion for continuous learning and global perspective greatly enhance his contributions.
The Student Managed Investment Fund (SMIF) aspires to create a space for students to flourish in the field of finance, as well as honing competency in valuation, analysis, and portfolio management. The fund oversees funds held across cash, bonds, ETFs and common stocks in various industries.
