The following projects which I was done during the internship period. 1. ESS Admin Web Application The ESS Admin Web Application is designed to help company administrators monitor employee attendance records. It operates as a user-friendly web app accessible on various mobile devices, ensuring compatibility. The application enables administrators to view attendance records for the current date or other selected dates, with options to filter by event type and department. Additionally, it offers statistical insights through pie and column charts for a quick overview of attendance trends. 2. ZKTime 5.0 Database The project involves developing a program to monitor attendance records, particularly for the ZKTime 5.0 system. This software facilitates the management of employee check-ins and check-outs, with data collected from ZKTeco Biometric Devices and stored in a Microsoft Access Database. The program enables Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) operations between the ZKTime 5.0 system and the database, allowing for manual data entry and retrieval. It also offers automation for downloading attendance logs, enhancing monitoring capabilities. 3. Student Attendance Monitoring Program This project focuses on creating a program for monitoring student attendance records and includes features for managing parents or guardians' information. The program tracks student entry and exit records captured using various methods, such as face scans, fingerprints, or student ID cards. It allows for automatic data retrieval from devices and manual data entry in case of issues. The program also includes device management for real-time monitoring and data backup functionality. Additionally, it offers CRUD operations for managing student parents or guardians' information, enhancing accessibility to essential data.
