I am currently pursuing a career in unlisted real estate investment management as Investment Associate (Core Real Estate) at MA Financial Group, marrying my keen interests in investing in quality retail real estate assets and making a tangible difference for the broader community. My current role enables me to apply my qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to help deliver strong risk-adjusted returns to our investors. Prior to my current role, I was an Analyst in the Real Assets team at AustralianSuper, partaking in asset management, transaction and top-down portfolio research analysis for the >$13bn unlisted Australian/New Zealand real estate portfolio, including directly-owned industrial estates and externally-managed property funds.

• Undertook extensive independent work under the instruction of Technical Officers, with sustained attention and perseverance to carry out laboratory research in restricted timeframes and conditions for over 10,000 independent samples. • Improved attention to detail when carrying out experiments involving sensitive equipment, hazardous chemicals, and high degrees of precision and accuracy. • Conducted soil experiments for a research project at a productive rate reducing project lead-time by 1 week.
• Led a front-of-house team of up to 7 people for a 130-seat dining establishment. • Trained new waitstaff on POS and EFTPOS systems, guest services, and relevant policies and procedures. • Undertook extensive events management activities including large group functions of up to 40 people. • Delivered exceptional customer service by taking table and phone orders, cash reconciliation, using EFTPOS/POS systems and adeptly navigating customer concerns and queries. • Demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, problem-solving and flexibility skills by working collaboratively in a fast-paced and often stressful environment with FOH and kitchen staff.
