Transaction Review: Conducted real-time scrutiny of outgoing payments, assessing compliance and identifying potential risks based on invoices, counterparty names, regions, and transaction details. Reviewed 1,200 transactions and intercepted 100+ suspicious cases with zero errors in judgment. Sanctions Screening: Cross-referenced transaction parties against sanction lists, performing manual verification on system-flagged risky cases. Screened 600 transactions and blocked approximately 30 non-compliant ones. Merchant Profiling: Collected and analyzed transaction data for 800 merchants, including product details and counterparty information. Identified 10+ problematic merchants through pattern analysis.
Supplier Factory Visits: Assisted the supply chain manager in conducting surveys and evaluations at 3 supplier factories to assess production capacity and compliance. ODM Tech Pack Management: Managed the registration, review, and handover of supplier-developed products to the design center. Processed 1,000+ items with zero errors. OEM Sample Development: Supported sample outsourcing for a new brand by distributing 30+ in-house developed tech packs to suitable suppliers and maintaining accurate documentation. Production Follow-Up: Tracked the production progress of 100+ products from suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery. Design-Supplier Coordination: Acted as a liaison between the product design center and suppliers, facilitating communication and modifications in 15+ instances to align with design specifications. Reporting & Documentation: Prepared weekly ODM and OEM status reports, summarizing supplier performance and delivery outcomes.
Participated in the company’s IPO process, conducted financial and business analysis of leading companies in the same industry Audited R&D expenses, and verified the reasonableness of expenses through sampling and walkthough testing to ensure the accuracy of the company’s accounting treatment and compliance with regulatory requirements. Wrote the due diligence report for a supply chain company, and independently calculated the adjusted equity ratio and the proportion of shares to be compensated in 3 equity adjustments, and edited the legal agreement for the equity adjustment. Conducted field visits to 5 invested enterprises, calculated and analyzed financial indicators of each enterprise, collected industry data, and wrote the Communication Letter on Post-Investment Management Matters after the post-investment of 5 projects. Participated in writing the 2023 Semi-Annual Report on Guangzhou Dengling Private Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., organized and analyzed financial data, and provided suggestions on development.
