Maintenance Engineer at Bosch with a strong foundation in Control and Automation Engineering, focused on operational coordination, cost management, and continuous improvement in automotive production environments. My work sits at the intersection of people, processes, and performance. I coordinate maintenance operations across two workshops, manage a significant monthly maintenance budget, and track OEE and KPI metrics through PDCA cycles. Alongside this, I drive CIP initiatives, having delivered six projects to date with measurable results in cost reduction and scrap rate improvement. I coordinate the agenda and content for the team's top management reviews, staying closely connected to ongoing work to ensure the right achievements gain visibility at the highest level. I also personally present to top management at the Performance Management Meeting days. When international technicians are on-site, I bridge the language and technical gap between our team and external experts. I lead the AI & Know-How Integration group within Bosch's Maintenance Competence Strategy team, driving adoption of AI-supported knowledge systems across maintenance units. Outside of engineering, I am the founder and drummer of Atmosfer and also drummer of Spektrum, these bands I built within Bosch's volunteer community. Five concerts in, music keeps me sharp in ways engineering alone cannot.

Foreman - Apprentice Project 2nd Term
I will be the Course Mentor for the Social Psychology course taught by Scott Plous from Wesleyan University on the Coursera platform. In this process, I will meet with participants and guide their learning journey to explore the frontiers of Social Psychology, unravel the deeper meaning behind human behavior, and share this knowledge to build more understanding and healthy communities.
The program began with the Foundation Level, an intensive 8-week course where we learned important skills like adaptability, problem-solving, communication, and digital basics. After completing the Foundation Level, I moved on to the Advanced Level, which lasted 11 weeks and focused more on problem-solving and effective communication. A key part of the Advanced Level was the Group Case section, where I worked with people from different backgrounds to solve complex business problems, enhancing both my teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Participating in the Lead Forward and Think Forward Workshops helped me strengthen my knowledge and prepare for the final part of the program. Finishing the Step Forward Program earned me the Forward Badge, which represents six months of hard work and personal growth. The program had a positive impact on both my personal life and career, with the Forward Badge symbolizing the lessons I learned, challenges I faced, and a valuable global network I built. Overall, the McKinsey Step Forward Program was more than just a certification; it highlighted my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
