After working in Milan on a wide range of projects from large commercial buildings to small residences in the last 3 years, I am now in Stuttgart, expanding my goals and experiences to add a new culture, language and vision. Some of my most notable achievements include: • Designing a residential building based on innovative material use and sustainable design practices, based in Italy, Kuwait, Kosovo, Barcelona and Azerbaijan. • Working with a team of engineers on complex Stadium, Villa and Shopping Center projects that require careful coordination with local authorities and stakeholders. • Development of a new software tool for structural analysis that was adopted by many senior engineers. As a structural engineer, I have a deep understanding of all aspects of the design process, from initial conceptualization to final construction. My areas of expertise include: • Design: I understand the importance of theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the calculation of structural problems in engineering decisions to make safe structures. • Communication: I have the ability to work with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page and projects go smoothly. • Materials: I have extensive knowledge of the latest materials and techniques and am always looking for ways to innovate and improve. • Environment: I am committed to designing sustainable and environmentally friendly buildings. In addition to my technical skills, I also have skills in project management, experience in managing teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Working as a structural engineer to analyze and design large-scale complex structures. - Performed nonlinear modeling of novel steel and concrete structures for earthquake analysis. - Evaluated and refined state-of-art analysis procedures of steel frames with building with the supplemental bracing system. - Co-advised projects related to seismic-retrofitting of buildings.
I learned that the design of structural systems is an accurate and neat design job as a teamwork with colleagues as a combination of knowledge from different fields. The projects I've been involved in include steel, concrete, and pre-tensioned designs. In addition, my experience in project management and metering has played a major role in increasing my knowledge of civil engineering.
Since its establishment, IACES is an organization that has created local committees in distinguished universities of Europe and America. I am very happy to be in this institution, to participate in projects and technical trips with my friends.
Since the day it was founded, METU Young Entrepreneurs Society has made it its main duty to instill entrepreneurship spirit in METU students and to explain how important entrepreneurship is for the Turkish and World economy. Also, with projects; but the application does not have a chance to students in Turkey by establishing links between institutions and organizations supporting entrepreneurship information to form the basis of shopping and ensure their support to these institutions and the establishment of METU Young Entrepreneurs project, they can exchange them ideas of community members and to prepare an environment to produce joint projects Providing trainings to help students develop their entrepreneurship-related knowledge and skills is among the other aims of the Young Entrepreneurs Community.
