As Director leading Data Capabilities in Capacity Planning & Management, I drive the analytical backbone that powers strategic workforce planning and operational decision-making across global teams. Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas: • Lead the data strategy and analytics agenda for capacity planning, enabling predictive forecasting and evidence-based decision-making. • Build and enhance data infrastructure, automation workflows, and reporting solutions using advanced analytics tools to improve visibility and efficiency. • Partner with global and regional leaders to align capacity models with business demand, ensuring scalability and optimal resource utilization. • Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure operational health, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. • Mentor and empower a team of data and analytics professionals, fostering a high-performance culture centered on innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

- Responsible from financial planning and reporting of 6 clusters and 17 countries. - Execution and consolidation of Budget, Long Range Planning and Latest Estimates cycles at a regional level in coordination with country/cluster finance leads. - Key role in "Digitalization within Finance" initiative by providing multiple Automated TABLEAU Dashboards for Forecast Cycles, Monthly Sales/OPEX/Headcount Reporting and Performance Tracking both at MEA and Country/Cluster Level. - Execute RoI analysis in order to allocate the planned investments in the most efficient way.
- Design integrated Revenue and Cost planning models that is used to model internal and external forecasts - Execution of 5+7, 9+3 and Detailed Budget cycles - Ensure that approved forecasts are effectively communicated to Business - Create an Analysis Tool to analyze segmented financials & key performance indicators for all cycles and perform what if analysis. - Consolidate all the inputs in the integrated model after performing necessary analysis - Monitor key performance indicators, guide and challenge the business according to the outcomes of the key analysis
