I am a Sustainability Manager with more than a decade of experience in social compliance, HSE, and sustainable supply chain management. My career began with hands-on compliance audits and factory assessments across different regions, where I learned how critical it is to connect ethical standards with real workplace practices. Today at Elyaf Group, I focus on building a responsible supply chain by strengthening ESG practices, supporting fair labor conditions, and fostering a positive workplace culture. I enjoy working closely with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure transparency, long-term partnerships, and sustainable growth. With a strong background in CSR management, compliance systems, and sustainability frameworks, I bring both technical expertise and a people-centered approach. Passionate about creating transparent and future-oriented supply chains, I continue to expand my knowledge and help organizations adapt to global sustainability expectations.
Lead corporate sustainability initiatives in line with UN SDGs, ensuring alignment with global ESG expectations. Manage social and environmental compliance programs with major international brands (H&M, Inditex, C&A, Bestseller, LCW, Tom Tailor, Kik, Ldil, LPP, Asos, Pepco), focusing on ethical supply chain practices. Develop and oversee organisational policies across HR, administrative affairs, and integrated management systems to strengthen corporate governance. Support suppliers and production units with capacity building, audits, and corrective action plans to meet international compliance requirements. Drive culture development programs that improve communication, fairness, and ethical workplace standards across teams. Coordinate sustainability processes, ensuring transparent communication of Elyaf Group’s ESG performance.
