AI （Agent Engineer): 0-1, designed and built an LLM-powered agent service that automates oncall alert triage and customer-ticket investigation for the LinkedIn Business Platform (LBP) and payments stack, exposed to engineers through Slack bot and JIRA proxies. The system is now embedded in the daily workflow of 70+ engineers, handles 300+ agent calls per day, and saves an estimated 5,000 engineer-minutes (~83 hours) of manual investigation work daily. Drove customer ticket resolution SLA down from days to hours by grounding responses in production telemetry and historical incidents — owned end-to-end across the Python agent orchestrator and the Java middle-tier serving the Slack and JIRA surfaces, with integrations into Kusto, gRPC, LangSmith, iris/AlertOps, Rootly, and Observe. Commerce Platform(Full stack/backend engineer): 1. Drove the critical migration of the LinkedIn iOS Payments SDK from StoreKit 1 to StoreKit 2. 2. Played a pivotal role in the LBP mobile backend service migration corresponding to iOS sdk migration. 3. Primary contributor and architect for the mobile reconciliation workflow, establishing robust processes to ensure high data accuracy and integrity between mobile transactions and LBP backend systems. 4.
