-Hiring 62 interns in total during 4 months, contact about 200 candidates in total, realized a fulfill rate of 92% of all empty positions within 7 different departments in Bosch China. -Take over the reimbursement work which is temporarily unattended. Responsible for the reimbursement of headhunting expenses and travel expenses of candidates every week -Went to local university for on-campus recruitment
