Key Achievements and Responsibilities: • Request for Quote (RFQ) management: collating information e.g. drawings, specifications, Quality Q-clauses, forecast information, batch size quantity, official RFQ letter to supplier etc. • Quote analysis: e.g. price analysis, price negotiations, calculation of PVO, lead time, tooling cost, business ethics, threats, etc. • NDA management: preparing NDA documents, sending to suppliers, obtaining signatures from internal and external stakeholders, uploading to global platform (SCM Star) etc. • Product & Process Qualification (PPQ): qualifying new parts and suppliers in PPQ database • Working closely with Engineering, Supplier Quality Management, Laboratory, and other internal stakeholders to identify cost reduction opportunities and achieve mutual benefits • Created cross-functional flow chart for PPQ and Q-Gate 1 process procedure, being used by Strategic Procurement and Supplier Quality Management team • Created NDA uploading procedure to SCM Star, being used by Strategic Procurement team • Experience in SAP
