Yifan is currently an Investor Relations Manager in HH Fund, a real estate PE with 10 funds and US$500MM+ AUM, focusing on US student housing acquisition and operation. She is responsible for raising capital, preparing 10 funds' up-to-date financial/operating/market reports to investors, and assisting with investors' day to day inquiry. Prior to this role, she was an Investment Analyst responsible for underwriting and due diligence in the acquisition team. She has superior abilities of multi-tasking and executing a wide range of work assignments. During past three years, she has always remained open to learning new things and very much enjoys taking on different roles and challenges.
