• Extract data from SQL and Qlik Sense, transforming the overall Supplying Strategy, on a goods flow perspective into action for all fulfilment units on the market • Supply stakeholders in central, store and service fulfilment with accurate goods flow and stock plans by using visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel. • Actively monitor fulfilment unit’s space(m2) and capacity(m3) utilization with dynamic dashboard and provide advice on securing capacities in short-, mid-, and long term • Develop, maintain, and communicate fulfillment forecast dashboard with Power Bi (used to be done in Excel, but now I have created a Python script to automate it) • Build queries and models using analytics tools (e.g SQL, Power BI) to look for insights to answer questions from both internal and external stakeholders • Provide data-driven recommendations based on market and business performance to stakeholders • Document and explain to non-data experts how to use and interpret data • Responsible for developing local improvements in working methods, systems, and tools and for implementing global routines, systems solutions, and ways of working with all partners in the Supply Chain, Retail and Customer Fulfilment on the market, in close cooperation and co-creation with the Group Flow and Capacity Planning to secure continuous improvement • Responsible for actively supporting the fulfilment units with securing agreed goals on the use of existing fulfilment unit capacity and identifying and analyzing capacity constraints through coaching and supporting with identified improvement potentials to secure smooth constraint planning and maximize commercial opportunities
