• Communicating effectively between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers • Ensuring customer satisfaction is kept high and identifying what they require • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers, and making sure they understand the requirements the firm has • Negotiate and agree contracts, to gain the best possible deal, in addition to monitoring the quality of service provided • Keep a constant check on stock levels • Produce reports and statistics on spending and saving
• Maintaining, a good relationship with the clients, with regular updates of the students, and acknowledging their needs. • Promoting the service itself, through social media, word of mouth, and providing the best customer service for repeat service. • Organising seminar talks from different Lecturers, teachers, across the education sector. • Reporting to Parents, of how their child is performing, and recommending what is required for the student to improve. • Carry out assessment regarding student’s academic performance; identifying what elements of study the student requires improving. • Planning and implementing strategic methods of improving grades. • Identifying the entry requirements from schools, and implementing methods of allowing the student to not just meet, but exceed the requirements.
