• Online ACRA filing not limited to Annual Return and Change of Particulars of Officers, Registration of Charge, Incorporation of Entities • Prepare Registration of Charge online lodgment • Drafting and preparing of Directors Resolution and Minutes of Meetings • Updating & maintaining statutory registers and records. • Redirection of mails to clients for letters received on their behalf, notify them via email
• Perform Community Club (CC) frontline counter duties • Assisting residents with Temporary Relive Fund application • Assisting distribution of mask, tracetogether token etc • Provide administrative support to the CC
• Coordinated travel arrangements, booked flights by both Global Distribution System (GDS) and online portal as well as accommodations and transportations • Manage corporate client’s incentive trips, meeting, event and group travel requirements • Coordinate and manage extensive travel logistics, accommodation, transfers and ancillary services • Coordinate and negotiate budgets and source appropriate venues/destinations specific to the client’s needs • Working with airlines, hotels, tour operators to develop various plans and itineraries • Coordinate with local and overseas tour operators on booking arrangement and quotation. • Search and suggest suitable countries, activities, restaurant, events location cater to clients need. • Conduct presentations and pre-departure briefing for clients • Arrange Inspection and visit venues with and on behalf for clients before deciding on the venues
