Kaohsiung City, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan
I am a hard-working, energetic and highly motivated person. I have successfully demonstrated several roles of a highly qualified organizer from my previous works, I believe my future work will contribute comprehensively and profoundly not only to the promotion of understanding between Taiwan and worldwide, but also to the International Relations studies in the academic community. I have great interest in international relations, political economy, especially in the field of Japan-Taiwan studies. I had worked in Center for Japanese Studies, Social Science Department, in NSYSU and the Secretary of the Association of Taiwan Society of Japan Studies total of 6 years. Both the academic stimulation and experiences have broadened my world view and enriched my life. Therefore, I am eager to continue my graduate studies and find more opportunities to participate in international affairs. I have been participating in international relations from my school and work for over 10 years. During my academic life and work experience, I had also studied master degree in Japan for 2 years, and visited Japan twice a year during my assistant experience meanwhile also interacted with various think-tank in Asian region, such as JIIA, INPR...etc. I could deeply understand that U.S. foreign policy plays a key role not only between Taiwan-Japan relations, but also the tense cross-strait relations. I could also contribute my personal working experience as PCO, also share my point of view from the interaction between different think-tank and association in Asian region, including China, Japan, South Korea and Singapore. On the other hand, I had arranged formal meetings and visits for hundreds of social science scholars all over the world between 2011-2017. Therefore, I could accurately share Taiwan's politics, social circumstances and culture while visiting the institutions. At the present stage, I am a Ph.D. candidate and focus on my political economy research and publish the journal articles and dissertation in the near future.
