• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in precision opto-mechanical design, integration, and testing for satellite optical payloads, meeting the requirement for high-tolerance optical assembly expertise. • Specialized in lightweight mirror, flexure mount and vibration isolator design for large-aperture telescopes, with a focus on achieving structural integrity, thermal stability, and mass efficiency. • Proven ability to analyze mechanical strength, vibration response (ANSYS) and predict optical performance—wavefront error (STAR/Matlab), MTF (Zemax) under harsh conditions such as launch vibration and thermal vacuum—aligned with FEA and tolerance analysis requirements. • Strong background in tooling and fixture design for optical component alignment and bonding, including sub-micron precision applications using CMM and interferometry. • Familiar with optical surface inspection and wavefront error measurement using the laser interferometer, including the Fizeau type and Twymen-Green type interferometer. • Trained and certified by Safran REOSC for operating large-aperture collimator systems, demonstrating advanced capability in high-precision optical testing environments. • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with optical, mechanical, thermal, and testing teams, with strong communication skills and fluency in English for technical documentation and team coordination.
