Develop on the technical possibilities on the upcoming trend of technologies for the use in solar industries example Energy Storage System (ESS), multiple tariff single output interconnection system (multifeed), AI analysis for solar maintainence and etc. Manage and improve on the SOP to enhance the working efficiency of the team. In addition, enhance the technical knowledge of the team to increase higher value by providing optimize design to the client. On top of that, we are require to maximize the financial return of both client and company by well controlling the engineering hours to each project.

As Field Application Engineer, I will need to prepare complex sales quotations and technical drawings for the customers in coordination with the Account Manager and support the sales force developing (technical) solutions. We will handle customer requests/questions about signed contracts and check changes against the agreed quotation. We maintain good working relationship with regular customers; develop good working relationships with new customers. Nevertheless, maintain efficient and reliable quotes administration cannot be neglected.
