Graduate program with functional rotations in 4PL Solution Design, Control Tower Operations, Program Implementation & a short Warehousing Operations attachment at Service Logistics multi-clients warehouse.
Supported the research, selection and development of potential Low-Cost Country (LCC) suppliers to increase competition in the Marketing & Services (Assets Optimization) procurement category for Caltex Service Stations across 5 markets in Southeast Asia. Co-defined sourcing strategies for 14 equipments, prepared bid documentation, and completed RFI & RFP bidding with LCC suppliers for 2 selected equipments. Built a business case on Low Cost Country Sourcing, presented findings and have received management support to proceed with necessary technical evaluation and site testing in Thailand and Cambodia to further evaluate on the suitability of the equipment.
Reported directly to HR Manager and managed the end-to-end recruitment process from identifying recruitment needs, strategizing recruitment approach to sourcing, interviewing and onboarding new team member and team leader across 5 restaurants in Singapore. Provided HR support to Operations in area of performance management, employee relations, and engagement. Have successfully improved recruitment turnaround time, hiring efficiency and timeliness which are key to hiring in Singapore's tight labour market for the F&B industry.
