- Single point of contact to the customer for all warranty issues during the project execution. - Prepare warranty phase, including organization, processes, ways of working, definition of interfaces internal and external and tools. - Analyze of the contractual requirements and definition of the warranty strategy. - Write and get internal approval of the Warranty Mgmt. Plan. - Prepare the budget for the Warranty WP, based on tender. - Prepare of the reliability growth activities. - Manage Warranty material (depot warehouse, logistics, packaging, warranty stock and repairs). - Risk assessment. - HR Resources plan. - Milestone and Time Schedule preparation. - Oversees operational customer care activities during the whole warranty period. - Supervise the project warranty status, the installed components and equipment delivery. - Put KPI’s in place and perform follow-up, e.g. on performance and reliability.
- Ensures compliance with departmental standards for the different requirements of customers and makes suggestions for their adaptation if necessary. - Prepares submissions for quoting and the instrumentation design concept - Checks instrumentation drawings created by the design regarding the feasibility of the intended instrumentation application and makes alternative proposals if necessary - Prepares the work packages in cooperation with the Planner and informs the responsible group leader about the type and scope of activities - Distributes the work among the staff assigned to him/her by the group leader - Ensures the detailed planning of the implementation for the given application (e.g. checks Buildcards) - Ensures the documentation of the entire project processing (e.g. checks content and degree of fulfilment of application reports) - Ensures the procurement of project-related materials and, if necessary, supports external service providers as part of its work package. - Controls the processing of the work packages regarding deadlines and budget compliance and informs the responsible project manager in the event of (even impending) overruns - Constantly monitoring the implementation of a project in terms of feasibility (budget, technical, schedule) - In acts in coordination with the project manager as an interface to the customer in all project-related questions - Acts as an internal interface to the test team (transfer of all relevant information for the test procedure) - Monitors the milestones, project progress and budget compliance of your own projects and documents - Informs the group leader regularly about the status of their own projects as well as in the event of budget and deadline pending
