Launch and design new products in streams • Сalculation: cost, price, rebates, co-op, discounts • Marketing and other initiatives for promotion products • Evaluates Ukraine and world market of and potentially new markets, forecasts development, monitoring market participants on based analytical work and data researchers. • Monitoring сustomer services. • Techical support and analysis customer trouble tickets, work orders, group tickets, global events and incidents • Maintenance of inclusions mobile and fixed services, optimization, modification, transformation, transfers and uninstallations, planned work. • Informing about planned work on the network and support them. • Signing of contracts and additional agreements, additions, SLA agreements. • Work with reports: traffic analysis, service availability, fraud, etc.
• Making up the assortment and purchasing for own retail store: smartphones, tablets, PC, the whole range of accessories (glasses, covers, cables, network chargers, headsets and headphones etc.) • Trade marketing by devices & accessories: market pricing in appliance with Recommended Retail Price (RRP), dumping prices to attract customers, promo and sales activity from shop & vendors. • Conclusion of contracts with new suppliers to expand the range and choose the best price offer. • Tracking stock balances in stock: liquid positions should be in sufficient quantity to meet demand, and illiquid without excess. • Maintaining a catalog of items, filling in articles, nomenclatures, arrivals of new supplies, etc. • Sales reports, commission calculation for sellers. • Service center work management.
