I’m a driven HR professional with experience in HR Shared Services, employee lifecycle operations, and stakeholder engagement across diverse industries, including banking and professional services. My journey in HR has allowed me to understand how structured people processes empower business success — and my goal is to evolve into the Organisational Development (OD) and People Strategy space to create more meaningful, human-centred workplaces. At PERSOLKELLY, I support regional HR operations and data accuracy for large-scale employee populations, developing agility, analytical rigour, and problem-solving skills that strengthen cross-functional collaboration. My earlier experience in UOB sharpened my communication and relationship management abilities, while my AIESEC leadership experience deepened my passion for developing people, driving change, and fostering inclusive cultures. I’m particularly interested in areas such as change management, employee experience, HR digital transformation, and leadership development.
